[ When Ren is alone (probably reading in the living room or doing something in the kitchen), Weiss makes her presence known by knocking on whatever surface is nearby. ]
[ Guess who is excitedly bouncing into Ren's bedroom! Well, of the two ladies on the team, Pyrrha is far less prone to irreverent frolicking, but sometimes the mood strikes. I don't know, maybe she's channeling her RWBY chibi counterpart, or maybe it's just the Arkos honeymoon period that makes life awful for everyone.
Whatever the reason, she doesn't really display any situational awareness. ]

There's a tense, lingering silence as he stares at her, the book in his lap (something about root vegetables) completely forgotten in the wake of this phenomenally awkward moment. At least this isn't how he found out that Pyrrha and Jaune were sleeping together, but gods that didn't make it much better.
[ It's one of the few places he thought he could escape to for uninterrupted reading, buuuuuuuuuuut he's learning that this is not the case in any way whatsoever. ]
[ He opens one eye - his attempt at midday meditation had, in fact, turned into a midday nap on the sofa, so he's only half-awake as he's greeted by the sight of Nora's finger in his face. The light prod at his nose draws a smile to his lips, as it always does. ]

[Nora giggles. She was probably hanging from a shelf or a wall fixture, but anyway she drops down in front of him almost as nimbly as a cat with a sunny smile.]
I can't believe it's been months since I last booped you.

[After being in the jungle for a couple of weeks and with all the warm welcome backs she's received, the thing Yang wants to do most is take a long, hot shower and then maybe sleep in a warm bed forever.
But before she does that, she has one extra thing to take care of. She's already given Ruby a cool jade stone from the center of Aiada's Temple as a souvenir, but there's somebody else in the house that she got something for and after stuff has quieted down a little, she goes looking for him.]
[ He's folding laundry! Somehow people always seem to find him when he's either reading or doing some kind of work around the house. Probably because when he's home, he's either doing one of those activities or... well, sleeping. ]
[It'll be easier if she can just show him than explain right away.
She unhooks a leather pouch off her belt as she walks over, placing it down next to, but thankfully not onto, his folded laundry.]
I picked these up down in Aiada's realm.
[Unclasping the pouch reveals a few mushroom stalks inside. They're a teeny bit dented from travel and being inside the satchel but they don't appear to have been damaged too much. A couple are red in color while the rest of them are a peculiar orange and purple. Yang picks up one of the red ones first.]
These can heal injuries if they're rubbed into a wound.
[She then points to the purple and orange toadstools.]
And these'll help calm you down if you're freaking out or something. You don't even have to do anything with them, just touch 'em.
[She puts her hand back at her hip.]
I thought they might be cool to have around the house. You know...just in case.
[Just in case something messes with their Aura and they happen to get hurt. Just in case something messes with their emotions again. ...Just in case she has a really bad episode and can't calm herself down...
She glances at Ren questioningly. Out of all her friends, Ren's the only one she can think of that might know anything about healthy plants and even then, it's just an assumption.]
[ He's not sure what he expected - his first thought was that it would pertain to their pursuit of learning how to use Dunamis, but as she starts to pull out mushrooms he's a bit confused. It doesn't last long, though, and as she begins describing their effects he leans a bit closer to peer at them curiously. So she's... bringing medicinal supplies? It's not that he's opposed - if anything he applauds her mindfulness to collect the mushrooms so they'll have them - but why is she bringing them to--
"D'you...think we could grow them here?"
He lifts his head to blink at her, a little surprised - but after a moment a smile makes its way across his lips, the surprise turning to something pleasant. ]
I'm more used to flowers than fungi, but... I think it might be doable. I can see if there's anything in the library that would help.
[ It's not much, but the idea of having any matter of vegetation to tend to is exciting - maybe once he has these secure and growing, he can look into a proper garden. ]
Can you describe the environment you found them in?
[Right. The library. That place people use for studying sometimes instead of board games.]
They were growing in this weird jade machinery. I guess they could have been...incubators or something? [She really isn't sure how else to describe those weird machines.] But it looked like all the plants were kinda...hybrids? Of some other plants growing around Aiada's temple. It was pretty much all jungle down there; humid and wet and kinda gross?
